Goalball tournament Open cup of Bulgaria 2009 was carried out as a part of Paralympyc days 2009.

In the final ceremony of the event guests of honour came: Mincho Koralski - executive director of Bulgarian Agency for Peoples with Disabilities, Iliya Lalov - president of Bulgarian Paralympics Association, Vasil Dolapchiev - president of Bulgarian Union of Visually Challenged People, Spas Karafezov - president of National Library for the blind "Louis Braille", Petko Goranov - director of department of social servises, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski".

Presenter of the ceremony was Drago Pankov - journalist from radio "Gong" and big friend of S.C.I. Vitosha.

The cup was personally handed by Mincho Koralski.
