Governance

The main governance body of Sport Club for Integration “Vitosha” is the General Assembly of all members. It is convened by initiative coming from the Governance Board or by decision of no less than 1/3 of all members.

General Assembly elects the Governance Board and the Audit Commission.

According to the currently valid statute both Board and Commission are of three members.
